Unclaimed guest inventories are kept for 7 days, then automatically deleted. Claiming takes one email and one click — your inventory becomes yours forever.

Magic links only — no passwords. Enter your email, click the link we send you, and you're in. The link expires after 15 minutes and can only be used once.

Yes — SimpleInventory is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers, with a dedicated mobile layout in the app.

Yes. AI detects what your columns mean even if they are named "Type" or "Qty," flags suspicious quantities and possible duplicates, and lets you review everything before anything is imported.

Never silently. AI may suggest a column mapping or a duplicate merge, but flagged items show a review badge and nothing is written until you confirm the import preview.
